Our IT team now has our central servers fully functional due to the indicated cyber incident on our system on Tuesday, 5/16. While significant progress has been made, AIA remains offline as we complete the entire data restoration process. We would like to assure you that any customer data held by AIA remains secure.

We encourage our customers to download and install the AIAnytime App. If you need access to your auto insurance ID card, you are able to download and print your card directly from the app. You can also access policy information, request policy changes, and start claims directly in the app.
